introdution
This project represents one of the early experiments in the use of curved glass and specialised cladding systems. Located on a prominent corner within the more business-oriented sector of Paceville, it stands as a landmark example of innovative corporate architecture in the area.
design philosophy The building responds to its urban context by combining modern materials with a carefully considered form. Its presence on a key corner enhances the streetscape, signalling a shift from entertainment-focused development to a more professional and business-centric environment.
design philosophy
The project was commissioned with a value of €6,000,000, reflecting both the technical complexity of the façade system and the ambition to create a distinctive, high-quality corporate building in a prominent urban location.
The façade employs elegant orthographic shapes and a thoughtful interplay of cladding materials to convey the building’s corporate function. The design balances visual sophistication with clarity, ensuring that the architectural language communicates professionalism while remaining visually engaging.
