Whilst this development is a very traditionally designed block of apartments, the elevations distincts itself. The verticality of the project given the allowable number of floors in the area provided the opportunity to create something interesting.

This project features interlocking key elements on the façade, evoking the visual play of a jigsaw puzzle. Located in the modern quarter of Qawra, it embraces a bold architectural language within an emerging context of contemporary buildings.

The building responds to its surroundings by contributing a striking visual element to the streetscape. Its design engages with the urban fabric and is now fully appreciated from the Qawra ring road, enhancing the area’s architectural identity.

The project was commissioned with a value of €2,000,000, reflecting its ambition to create a distinctive and memorable presence within Qawra’s contemporary urban landscape.
The façade composition emphasises rhythm and interconnection, creating a dynamic interplay of forms. The design balances daring modernity with coherence, ensuring the building remains both visually engaging and contextually relevant.
