Seaberry Park
Seaberry Park is a large residential development which entailed the opening of a schemed road within the site. The result is a complex which blends with its adjoining road yet offers privacy from the hustle and bustle of the area to residents. The project entailed deep excavation to cater for 2 Basement Levels to provide on-site garages and relieve parking pressure from the existing roads.

introdution
This project introduces an internal pedestrian road and a central piazza, designed to be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike. The layout creates a more private, less direct relationship with the surrounding public roads, enhancing the sense of retreat and community within the development.
design philosophy
Modern materials and contemporary design elements were employed to harmonise the internal spaces with the broader urban context. The pedestrianised route and piazza provide a clear distinction between public and private realms, fostering a calm and inviting environment.
design philosophy
The project was commissioned with a value of €4,000,000, reflecting the ambition to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed communal spaces that enhance both usability and architectural expression.
The design emphasises user experience, prioritising accessibility, light, and openness. By creating a welcoming internal circulation and communal space, the project balances functionality with aesthetic quality, offering a distinctive urban oasis.
