This project involved half of the site coverage to be Residential, with the other side being Class 4A Offices. At Ground Floor is a Car Showroom to which 2 Basement Levels are connected for parking for residents as well as the Offices and showroom itself.

This project serves as the primary welcoming building to Mosta when approached from Burmarrad. For many years, the Subaru showroom fulfilled this role for visitors from Lija, and the design here aspires to achieve a similar iconic status through a bold, avant-garde approach.
design philosophy
The building is conceived with a dynamic ripple effect across the façade, evoking the motion of cars and signalling activity to passersby. Its presence defines the entrance to Mosta while integrating harmoniously with the surrounding context.

The project was commissioned with a value of €4,000,000, reflecting both the complexity of the dynamic façade design and the aspiration to create a distinctive architectural presence at a key urban gateway.
The architecture balances subtlety with ambition, using fluid, wave-like forms to reflect energy and movement. The project represents a humble yet determined attempt to establish a landmark that is both functional and visually striking.
