introdution
The design introduces elegant horizontal streamlines that guide the eye from the elevated street level down toward the Gzira promenade, creating a seamless visual connection. Once a street of notorious reputation, the buildings along this route are now envisioned to exude elegance, continuity, and harmony within the urban fabric.
design philosophy
The area has transformed into a hub for several iconic structures, and the project responds thoughtfully to existing policies, reinforcing the street’s emerging identity as a prestigious corridor. The design respects the surrounding context while elevating the aesthetic quality of the neighborhood.
design philosophy
This transformative project was commissioned with a value of €4,000,000, reflecting both its architectural ambition and strategic significance within the city’s urban development plans.
The architectural approach emphasizes refined proportions, rhythmic articulation, and material continuity. The horizontal lines not only guide visual movement but also create a sense of coherence among diverse structures, contributing to a renewed urban character.
