Inlingua Business Centre
The Inlingue Business Centre involved alterations to the existing building fabric and additional construction of new floors to convert the premises into one holistic Office building in the heart of Sliema. The proposal also included connection to opposite properties owned by the client through elegant glass bridges crossing Triq Guze Fava.

introdution
This project involved designing office facades with the client initially requesting a “Times Square” style, featuring large digital screens. After careful consideration, a more elegant and understated approach was chosen, allowing the surrounding square to remain the focal point and architectural highlight of the area.
design philosophy
The design prioritises harmony with the urban environment, ensuring that the building complements rather than competes with the public space. By simplifying the façade, the square’s character and visual prominence are preserved, enhancing the overall urban experience.
design philosophy
The project was commissioned with a value of €3,000,000, reflecting a strategic investment in quality design that elevates the area while maintaining the square’s status as the primary architectural attraction.
The architectural approach balances contemporary expression with contextual sensitivity. Rather than imposing spectacle, the design emphasises proportion, materiality, and subtle elegance, creating a façade that communicates sophistication while respecting the public realm.
