Mediterranea Residences
Mediterranea is a redevelopment of the Mediterranea Hotel. The project is perfectly located with tremendous views of Saint Paul’s Islands, therefore, a total of 54 larger than usual apartments were designed, aimed at adding more value to the properties.

This project is located on a prime corner in St Paul’s Bay, designed to maximise the appreciation of sea views. Openness and flowing apertures characterise the architecture, allowing residents to enjoy uninterrupted vistas and a strong connection with the surrounding environment.

The design ensures that all facilities are accommodated underground, maintaining a clean, uncluttered appearance above ground. The absence of commercial elements reinforces the residential focus and enhances the sense of exclusivity and tranquillity.

The project was commissioned with a value of €2,000,000, reflecting the commitment to delivering high-quality, contextually sensitive, and visually striking residential architecture in a premium coastal setting.
Spacious and luxurious layouts were prioritised to respond to both the site and its spectacular aspect. The architecture emphasises light, openness, and fluidity, creating a refined living experience that celebrates the location.
