introdution
Situated in the vibrant hub of St Julian’s, just outside the entertainment district of Paceville, this project was conceived to appeal to a different clientele, those seeking a balance between the area’s energy and a more refined, less party-oriented lifestyle.
design philosophy
The architectural form adopts a playful yet ordered composition of volumes, introducing a sense of structure and rationality in contrast to the often chaotic urban fabric of Paceville. This approach ensures the development contributes positively to the wider streetscape while addressing the expectations of its target users.
design philosophy
The project was commissioned with a value of €6,000,000, reflecting its ambition to provide a distinctive, high-quality development that responds thoughtfully to its unique urban context.
All functional and technical aspects of the scheme, the “guts” of the project, were deliberately placed at basement level. This strategy allowed the above-ground architecture to focus on creating engaging, well-ordered spaces, while also maximising the usability and aesthetic quality of the main areas.
