Upper Crust Suites
This medium sized Residential Project was briefed to provide high end, larger than usual apartments associated with luxury living. Involving 20 apartments, the dwellings are made up of recessed terraces at an angle such that the design itself creates privacy from one terrace to the other. Furthermore, the project also involved 1 Basement Level to provide a garage with each apartment.

In this project, the clients were persuaded to reduce the number of plots in order to create spacious, luxury terraced apartments. A distinctive common entrance was introduced, providing a sense of arrival and exclusivity while reinforcing the development’s premium character.

The common areas were carefully designed to allow natural light to penetrate deep into the building, enhancing the sense of openness and connectivity. This thoughtful approach ensured that communal spaces were both functional and visually inviting.
